How does Mute reduce snoring?

Mute is designed to gently open your nasal airway during sleep. By increasing the volume of air travelling through the nose and making nasal breathing easier, Mute may alleviate the incidence and severity of snoring.

Do they stay securely in place?

Mute comes in three sizes and has adjustable paddles to ensure a personalized fit for you. When properly adjusted, Mute should stay in place for better breathing all night long.

Are they easy to clean and reuse?

Yes. Simply wash Mute with mild soapy warm water, paying close attention to cleaning the dilation mechanism. Then rinse thoroughly and dry well before storing out of direct heat and sun. Dilators are recommended for use up to 10 times.

Are they comfortable to wear for side sleepers?

Yes. Mute is made from soft pliable materials and adjustable for your personalized fit. Side sleepers should have no issues with comfort using Mute, and the dilator should stay in place if you move around during the night.

How long does it take to work?
